I have started using the Talking House Program to help market your home in the selling process. Not many Realtors are using this new system yet. It is an up and coming very exciting system where interested buyers can drive by the home and get detailed info of the home right there in front of your house without feeling threatened by me, the Realtor or anyone else. The will hear a pre-recorded message designed by me to help them decide if the home is right for them to look at and if the home is in their price range. This program will allow us to capture the buyers while they are just driving around "looking" for homes. We will have the advantage on the other homes on the market as the buyers will already have the info they need on the home to make their choice without feeling threatened.
